FAMILY AND FRIENDS DAYS

Family and Friends Days are very special, but they can also be distracting.  For this reason, we have limited the days for these visits to the SCHEDULED DATES AND TIMES.  We know that you will understand, and we thank you for your cooperation.  A family member or family friend is welcome to come to school to visit the classroom, work with the student, and meet classmates and friends.  We hope that you make this a “special” day for your child. 
 
Please note the following:
 
Toddler visitors are invited to visit between 8:45 A.M. and 11:00 A. M.  We recommend that this special visit be no longer than one-half hour and that toddlers leave with their special visitor since separation at this age can be difficult.
 
Early childhood and kindergarten visitors are invited to visit between 8:45 A.M. and 11:00 A. M.   We recommend that these visits be no longer then one hour.  Please be sure to notify the office if the special visitor will be taking your child home.
 
Elementary visitors are invited to visit between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P. M.  Visitors may pick up the student for lunch at 11:30 A.M. and return for the start of the afternoon class at 1:00 P.M.  Please be sure to notify the office if the special visitor will be taking your child home.
